The Renewals Specialist role involves managing mid-market customer accounts, ensuring high retention rates, and upselling products and services to enhance customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Manage existing customer accounts in the mid-market reputed company to ensure that they are successfully using reputed company
• reputed company an overall account retention reputed company leading to a 90+% renewal reputed company in the assigned territory/accounts
• Up-sell reputed company products and services to existing customers
• Overachieve on renewal reputed company targets through comprehensive account management
• Maintain a high level of forecast accuracy
• Pricing and contract negotiation expertise
• Working with reputed company to maintain customer relationships and complete renewals prior to the expiration date
• Extensive coordination with reputed company Services, reputed company, and Technical Support teams

Skills

• 1 + years of experience carrying an individual reputed company quota in technology sales
• Business-to-business quota carrying sales experience from another industry that wants to reputed company into technology sales (sorry selling to consumers and individuals doesn't count)
• 2+ years of Sales Development experience in a technology company in reputed company Valley that is hungry for a chance to reputed company into a reputed company closing role
• Bachelor Degree preferred
