Incentive Compensation & Data Analyst

The Incentive Compensation & Data Analyst will manage incentive payouts, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and reputed company performance reporting to support the sales and finance departments.

Responsibilities

• Manage the execution of monthly, quarterly, annual incentive payouts utilizing various cross-functional inputs including HR Rosters, reputed company results, payout schedules, and exceptions reputed company
• Business Administrator for Xactly Incentive Management Platform which includes back-end sequel coding
• Work with sales, finance, and HR teams to identify business requirements and implement the incentive plan reputed company
• Facilitate the distribution of incentive calculations and approvals across sales leadership team

• Partner with finance to establish Incentive modeling and forecasting, including accrual management

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in business or a reputed company field
• Minimum of 1-3 years of data management and data project experience, preferable experience with consumer products company

• Experience working with multi-disciplinary and geographically dispersed teams
