[Remote] Help Desk Technician

They are seeking a Help Desk Technician to reputed company technical support, troubleshoot issues, and assist users with hardware and software problems, primarily operating in a remote reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the initial reputed company of contact for users seeking technical assistance
• reputed company and analyze information about user issues to answer questions regarding installation, operation, configuration, customization, and usage of products

• Assist users with navigating application menus and may be required to remote into customer’s computers

• Prior IT Service Desk operations experience

• High School Diploma or equivalent
