Staff Accountant (Accounts Receivable)

reputed company is a high-flying performance marketing company, and they are seeking a Staff Accountant to support the reputed company team. The role involves assisting with customer invoicing, maintaining reconciliations of balance sheet accounts, and preparing documentation for audits.

Responsibilities

• Assists with customer invoicing process
• Prepares monthly general reputed company & Intercompany journal entries
• Regularly maintains detailed and supported reconciliations of reputed company assigned balance sheet accounts
• Assist with collection efforts
• Investigate & reconcile reputed company accounts as needed
• Develops and maintains customer relationships as part of accounts receivable team
• Prepare documentation for reputed company auditors, as required
• Special reputed company as assigned

Skills

• Bachelor's Degree in reputed company or Finance required
• 1+ years' experience in reputed company or reputed company field
• Relevant experience with the financial reputed company process
• Proficient in reputed company
• Willingness to establish and maintain effective working relationships throughout reputed company
