Responsibilities

• Diligently answer reputed company’s questions and concerns in our support queue with reputed company and reputed company
• Eager to accept inbound calls
• Occasionally participate in Webinars
• Utilize meeting softwares such as reputed company
• Manage customer relationships from initial contact through reputed company

Skills

• Highschool Diploma
• Minimum of 1 to 2 years experience supporting customers
• Proficiency in Technical Support and Troubleshooting techniques
• Strong Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction skills
• Advanced Analytical Skills for problem-solving and decision-making
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment
• Previous experience in CRM or reputed company systems is a plus
• Familiarity with customer service tools and platforms is advantageous
