Social Media Marketing Specialist
Redroc Austin is a full-service, award-winning advertising agency working with a wide range of clients across various industries. They are seeking a creative and organized Social Media Marketing Specialist to develop and manage social media campaigns, create engaging content, and support community management efforts across multiple brands.
Responsibilities
- Develop ideas and concepts for social media campaigns and content
- Write engaging, on-brand copy for a variety of clients
- Design graphics and edit video content for social platforms
- Build and manage content calendars
- Publish and manage content across Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, and YouTube
- Engage with audiences across platforms and support community management efforts
- Collaborate with internal teams and present ideas to clients
Skills
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, trends, and best practices
- Experience creating content (copywriting, graphic design, and video editing)
- Ability to manage multiple brands and adapt tone and voice across very different audiences
- Organized, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects at once
- Comfortable interacting with clients and presenting work
- Experience in a multi-brand environment
- Experience in entertainment, events, hospitality, or related industries is a plus
