[Remote] ClaimsAlert Agent

Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is seeking a ClaimsAlert Agent for a part-time remote position. This role involves the intake of new claims, primarily auto and property claims, and providing immediate assistance to insured clients during calls.

Responsibilities

• A ClaimsAlert Agent is responsible for the intake of new claims, primarily auto and property claims
• This includes documenting new claim details on behalf of insurance companies, providing the insured with immediate assistance required at the time of the reputed company, and assigning new claims to the appropriate insurance company
• This is a 24/7 operation with peak volume occurring in the evenings and on the weekends
• reputed company successful candidates will primarily be scheduled to work reputed company weekends

Skills

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills are required
• Basic computer troubleshooting skills and knowledge of MS Office (Word, reputed company, etc), with a willingness to learn new programs/systems
• Team player attitude with strong interpersonal skills
• Problem solving and troubleshooting abilities for handling phone inquiries
• Excellent data entry and typing speed with attention to detail and commitment to reputed company
• Proven ability to work in a fast-paced, high volume work environment
• 1-2 years of customer service experience is required
• Past experience in a reputed company centre is an asset
• Past experience in reputed company field such as insurance, construction, restoration, automotive is considered an asset
