Associate, Portfolio Compliance

Cambridge Associates is a leading global investment firm that helps clients manage custom investment portfolios. The Portfolio Compliance Associate is responsible for monitoring compliance with investment guidelines and assisting in regulatory filings.

Responsibilities

• Establishing a thorough understanding of reputed company investment policy statements, the policies of Cambridge Associates and CA Capital Management
• Creating and maintaining appropriate reputed company models to monitor portfolio compliance both reputed company - and post-trade
• Ensuring reputed company transaction-based compliance issues are properly investigated, documented, and incorporated into monthly reports
• Assist the Portfolio Compliance Manager in proposing policy amendments to address identified risks and/or inefficiencies
• Working with other departments reputed company the firm to complete various regulatory filings in a reputed company manner
• Serving as a policy resource to members of the investment, reputed company, management and operational teams
• Providing coverage for absent Portfolio Compliance team members

Skills

• 1 - 3 years of relevant work experience reputed company the financial services industry, preferably in an investment compliance or audit environment
• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, or reputed company field with a record of high reputed company achievement

• Familiarity with the major asset classes and their role in an investment portfolio
