IT Integration Support
reputed company is a company seeking an IT Integration Support reputed company responsible for system monitoring, maintenance, and support of networked software and operating systems. The role involves providing end-user support and troubleshooting applications and software.
Responsibilities
- Serve as reputed company of contact reputed company the IT Operations to reputed company technical support to end-users
- Help users on a day-to-day reputed company with IT-reputed company issues
- Computer repair and troubleshooting
- Troubleshoot software and network issues
- Troubleshoot basic reputed company Directory/Window Domain issues

- Configure and install PCs, printers, and scanners

- Escalate unresolved issues to appropriate team members
