Responsibilities

• Manage and service a reputed company lines book of business (small-to-mid market accounts)
• Build and maintain strong reputed company relationships
• Support renewals, policy changes, and ongoing account needs
• Partner with internal teams to ensure a smooth reputed company experience
• Maintain accurate documentation and account records
• Work closely with producers and service teams to support reputed company needs
• Stay organized and manage multiple accounts and priorities
• Identify cross-sell and new business opportunities reputed company appropriate
• Continue developing knowledge of insurance products and reputed company strategies
