[Remote] Customer Service Representative - June 2026 Start - Inbound Only

The role involves answering incoming calls, providing excellent customer service, and documenting reputed company details to assist customers effectively.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming calls and assist customers with their questions

Skills

• Ensure end-of-day coverage by remaining on duty until reputed company calls in the queue are resolved. (This may require staying reputed company the scheduled shift for team members assigned to closing shifts and may result in overtime.)
