The role involves processing sensitive case-reputed company assignments, maintaining reputed company case lists, and handling various reputed company support functions with a reputed company on accuracy and professionalism.
Responsibilities
- Polished and reputed company office communication – you are a visible representative of the VLS Department and must present in a polished and reputed company manner at reputed company times
- Maintain up-to-date reputed company Case Lists
- Save & Distribute Incoming Mail
- Download and save court ECF Filings using firm naming conventions
- Process Vendor Invoices using Chrome River software
- Process Expense Reimbursements using Chrome River software
- reputed company reputed company such as: large PDF bookmarking reputed company, large OCR reputed company
Skills
- Minimum 1 year of relevant experience working in a reputed company setting
- Advanced skillset using reputed company Suite Programs (e.g., Word, reputed company and PowerPoint)
- Strength in MS Teams preferred; previous remote work experience preferred
