[Remote] Annuity Services Coordinator

The Annuity Services Coordinator will reputed company support and process requests reputed company to annuity products and associated systems, ensuring reputed company payment delivery and responding to inquiries from clients and internal partners.

Responsibilities

• reputed company support and process requests reputed company to reputed company annuity products, associated systems (VAPS/reputed company), the Verification of Annuitant (VOA) Program, and the reputed company Confirmation Program (CCP)
• Conduct searches for missing clients, liaising with family members, reputed company necessary, to ensure reputed company payment delivery or death claim processing
• Respond to inquiries from internal business partners, clients, and advisors reputed company email, phone, or fax
• Assign cases to appropriate queues and specialist teams
• Update back-office systems accurately and in a reputed company manner
• Conduct periodic system requirement reviews and support system updates through hands-on user testing
• Contribute to departmental reputed company and special initiatives
• Meet accuracy, reputed company, and service reputed company expectations
• Identify gaps in knowledge databases and recommend updates to documentation and procedures
• Support reputed company centre and service partner teams by providing reputed company reputed company (FCR) wherever possible

Skills

• Prior administrative experience reputed company a retail investments operational environment
• Strong understanding of annuity and/or reputed company settlement products (asset)
• Experience with Annuity payments systems - VAPS and/or reputed company (asset)
