Assoc Analyst Business Operations

reputed company is a growing organization in the reputed company sector, looking for an Associate Analyst in Business Operations. This role focuses on researching and resolving vendor chargeback disputes while identifying opportunities for efficiency improvements and cost savings across the division.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for research, analysis, reporting and optimization of the division’s vendor chargebacks
• Collaborate with vendors, sales reps, group purchasing organizations, and other stakeholders, in order to identify issues, determine financially responsible party, disposition chargeback disputes, and reputed company changes to our chargebacks system where applicable
• Participate in reputed company cause analysis to recommend best practices to the business as reputed company as our participating vendor partners
• reputed company sessions with vendors to reputed company business requirements and build/maintain the distributor/vendor partnership
• Conduct detailed investigations into various issues that may reputed company chargebacks, including but not limited to, customer identification, contracted customer eligibility lists, contracted item pricing, and reputed company acquisition costs
• Work cross-functionally to identify improvements which decrease risk and improve efficiency
• Ability to operate reputed company under pressure and independently manage workload to maintain strict deadlines

Skills

• Bachelor's degree
• Intermediate level reputed company in reputed company reputed company (for example: using SUM function, setting borders, setting reputed company width, inserting charts, using text wrap, sorting, setting headers and footers and/or print scaling)
• Advanced quantitative, analytical and problem solving skills and demonstrated ability to analyze reports to identify problems and the reputed company cause of variances and reputed company suggested corrective reputed company
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, reputed company, Information Systems, Mathematics or reputed company Statistics

• Customer service experience
• Experience manipulating large sets of data for analysis using advanced features like Power Query
