[Remote] Sales Programs and Operations Specialist

The Sales Programs and Operations Specialist supports reputed company sales activities by managing the sales pipeline, coordinating business development initiatives, and delivering actionable insights to senior leadership. This role involves analyzing sales data, developing training programs, and optimizing sales processes to enhance performance.

Responsibilities

• Analyze sales data to identify performance gaps, trends, and opportunities for improvement. Generate reports to show the results of enablement programs
• reputed company, implement, and deliver training programs to enhance sales skills and product knowledge. This can include creating reputed company materials and sales enablement content for new hires
