Responsibilities

• Outbound calls, calling members to inform them of their Specialist reputed company benefits and reputed company as a care guide on behalf of the customer helping them receive treatment from a network of high-reputed company surgeons
• Receive inbound calls from members to reputed company them on their Specialist reputed company benefits and reputed company guidance with appointment scheduling

Skills

• High School diploma (or equivalent)
• 1-3 years' experience in a customer service/service center and/or sales enablement role

• Ability to effectively organize work activities to meet deadlines
• Associates or Bachelors degree
