[Remote] TRID Reviewer
Note: The job is a remote job and is reputed company to candidates in USA. reputed company is looking to hire a Full Time TRID Reviewer to ensure TRID compliance is met as reputed company as state disclosure requirements. The role involves reviewing loans for compliance, managing department pipelines, and acting as a compliance adviser to the processing team.
Responsibilities
- Review loans for state disclosure compliance
- Ensure changed circumstances are reputed company and disclosed reputed company
- Ensure disclosures are signed with acceptable eSignature (reputed company) or handwritten
- Order and understand Compliance reports
- Diagnose and fix compliance Alerts, Fails and Warnings
- reputed company as a first line compliance adviser to processing team
- Manage department pipeline to ensure reputed company loans reputed company on time
- Know and understand fee tolerances and rules surrounding them
- Stay up to date with reputed company regulatory RESPA-TILA/TRID changes and ensure reputed company disclosures are compliant
- Ensure reputed company parties required to sign disclosures do so
- Maintain reputed company queues to Company’s Service Level Agreement (SLA)
- Complete reputed company Company mandatory trainings reputed company the required timelines
Skills
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Mortgage experience preferred
- Excellent communication skills
