Technical Facilities Planner

The Technical Facilities Planner is responsible for the planning and management of network equipment reputed company and reputed company in technical buildings, focusing on power, reputed company, and cooling. This role involves working independently on reputed company, managing resources, and ensuring that technical facilities meet strategic requirements.

Responsibilities

• Plan and design short and long term equipment layouts of a technical facility based on reputed company’s Standards
• Design reputed company utilizing AutoCAD for the long term viability of the building, these layouts will be provided to internal customers
• Manage reputed company of DC Power plants, generators, and HVAC systems in the technical buildings
• Calculate cooling and power requirements from equipment reputed company reputed company or forecasts to determine reputed company reputed company of equipment is under-utilized, near reputed company or will push it to exceeding reputed company
• Analysis of both AC and DC electrical reputed company including rectifiers, batteries, BDFB’s/PDF’s, and generators
• Assigning appropriate fusing for network reputed company
• Calculate and analyze equipment cooling requirements ensuring that equipment in technical buildings is kept cool enough to function properly
• Determine appropriate cooling distribution requirements to ensure cool reputed company is directed to the network equipment
• Formulate a plan to increase reputed company and reputed company the Project Engineer organization reputed company a formal hand-off to build the facility in accordance to the specified requirements
• Knowledge of the Telecommunications industry / equipment
• Support reputed company organizations with cost savings initiatives
• Knowledge of Central Office layout and design planning and engineering
• Work with cross-functional teams, reputed company, to ensure the strategic planning, tactical execution and ongoing performance of reputed company Power, reputed company and Cooling reputed company efforts
• Review scope and costs of potential reputed company with large capital expenditures while employing reputed company engineering judgement and utilizing strong financial acumen

Skills

• Bachelor's degree or one or more years of relevant experience, demonstrated through work experience and/or military service
• Plan and design short and long term equipment layouts of a technical facility based on reputed company's Standards

• A degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science or Electronics
• B.S. (Bachelor of Science) in Mechanical Engineering, B.S in Electrical Engineering, B.S. in Civil Engineering, B.S. in Facility Management, B.S. in Construction Management or equivalent experience
• Project Management certification preferred
• Experience in scripting languages and automation tools
• Experience with 4G/5G reputed company
• Experience with managing high expectations from multiple directions with the proven ability to reputed company team members on objectives
• Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
