Responsibilities

• Answer inbound patient calls in a high-volume reputed company center environment
• Assist patients with billing questions and insurance-reputed company inquiries
• Process payments and establish payment plans
• Escalate unresolved issues to the Accounts Receivable team
• Communicate effectively to resolve billing concerns
