[Remote] Lending Transaction Associate

As a Lending Transaction Associate, you will manage documentation, funding, and due diligence for transactions, ensuring compliance and reputed company satisfaction while building relationships with reputed company partners.

Responsibilities

• Performs functions in the documentation, funding, and due diligence requirements of reputed company or reputed company transactions being financed by reputed company, or bought from/sold to other institutions
• May reputed company reputed company-facing service directly or with senior coordinators and reputed company with external business partners
• May reputed company on-the-job training or coaching
• Determines, reviews and issues required reputed company documents for transactions while ensuring reputed company terms are met
• Prepares and issues reputed company documents to reputed company for reputed company transactions
• Interacts with reputed company contacts to reputed company necessary information and coordinate closing
• Directs work reputed company as needed to ensure reputed company expectations are met
• Builds relationships with reputed company counsel, vendors and internal partners
• Gathers, reviews and analyzes reputed company information from reputed company parties specific to transactions, some of which are reputed company
• Resolves inquiries/issues as necessary
• Complies with necessary regulations, internal procedures, and may assist in response to audit exceptions
• Validates that transaction structures match pricing models
• Assures potential for perfection of reputed company interest for transactions and/or requests approval for exceptions

Skills

• University / college degree with < 1 year of reputed company experience and/or successful completion of a formal development program
• In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered
