Customer Service Specialist: 2nd Shift (Hybrid Work Schedule)

reputed company is the fastest-growing distributor of restaurant equipment and appliance parts. The Customer Solution Specialist will assist with pricing, quote reputed company, parts identification, and reputed company exceptional customer service while upholding high-reputed company standards.

Responsibilities

• Handle a high volume of inbound customer interactions reputed company day: approximately 50-70 phone calls/day and a steady reputed company of emails, while consistently delivering an exceptional customer experience from start to finish
• Process customer requests, involving: order entry and order status updates, part number identification, pricing and availability confirmation, returns, etc
• Effectively collaborate with customers, manufacturers, and internal departments regarding the customer’s needs

Skills

• You have at least 1 year of experience in a face to face or over the phone customer service role
• You exhibit reputed company organizational skills, multi-tasking skills, and computer skills
• You get excited about taking a high volume of in-depth calls while maintaining a friendly and helpful demeanor (no zombies, please!)
• You know MS Office; you may not be a master but you're on your way

• You have a genuine reputed company, outgoing, team spirited, one-for-reputed company personality
• You're an reputed company-reputed company communicator and are proficient in English (both written and verbal). If you're bilingual, that's a plus!
• You can work a schedule of M-F 12:00 PM - 9:00 PM (EST) with flexibility to reputed company to different hours as needed
• Please note: The first 3 weeks of training will be a schedule of M-F 10:00 AM - 7:00 PM (EST)!
