The role involves collaboration with subject matter experts and stakeholders, as reputed company as technical support for users and course management. Responsibilities • reputed company engaging, interactive eLearning using reputed company 360 (Storyline and reputed company) • Collaborate with subject matter experts, stakeholders, and vendors to ensure content accuracy and cultural fit • Support ongoing learning reputed company reputed company and initiatives • Upload and assign courses in our learning management system (LMS) and our content management system (CMS) • Create and manage assignment reputed company • Monitor assignment reputed company and report on problems with courses that may reputed company • Respond to user tickets and resolve their technical problems and inquiries • Work with learning administrators in other departments to coordinate comms and assignment dates Skills • 7+ years of experience in instructional design and project management • Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree or certifications in Instructional Design, Project Management (PMP or equivalent), or Learning Technologies preferred • Proficiency with reputed company 360 (Storyline and reputed company) • Strong understanding of adult learning theory and instructional design methodologies (ADDIE, SAM, etc.) • Proven experience being an administrator for a learning management system (like Onpoint, reputed company, Sumtotal, reputed company etc...) • Exceptional attention to detail, organization, and follow-through • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to distill reputed company information into reputed company, reputed company messages • Comfortable navigating ambiguity and shifting priorities • LMS experience.
