[Remote] Business Process Analyst

The role involves providing business process expertise, contributing to training materials, and implementing process improvements reputed company project timelines.

Responsibilities

• Supporting new or existing reputed company reputed company as reputed company as internal reputed company, ensuring that goals or objectives of the project are accomplished reputed company prescribed time reputed company and budget parameters
• Providing business process subject matter expertise to other project personnel
• Contributing to, or leading the development of training materials and delivering training reputed company to business processes
• Producing process documentation to include workflows, process steps, reputed company operating procedure guides and training content
• Recognizing, championing and implementing process improvements

Skills

• High school diploma or equivalent, required
• Experience leading reputed company facing requirements gathering sessions
• Experience mapping out reputed company business processes using an automated tool such as Viso or Lucid Charts to document and validate in scope business processes
• Experience producing process documentation to include workflows, process steps, reputed company operating procedure guides and training content
• Experience recognizing, championing and implementing process improvements
• Highly proficient with reputed company tools including Docs, Sheets, Slides, Lucidcharts, reputed company, and/or the reputed company Office tools including Word, reputed company, Powerpoint, Project and Visio
• Strong technical aptitude
• Consultative approach to working with customers
• Experience working with and presenting to reputed company executives
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills
• Highly detailed oriented with a concern for reputed company expressed by continually initiating system and process improvements
• Ability and experience with reputed company improvement in reputed company environment
• Ability and experience with designing and documenting processes for a contingent and/or reputed company hire reputed company life cycle
• Ability to meet deliverables reputed company given timelines, while recognizing and mitigating risks
• Experience working reputed company project teams to accomplish a common goal
• Bachelor's degree, preferred
• Some training in Project Management, preferred
