Responsibilities

• Review and verify applicant income and employment information
• Process any income and/or trailing documents received
• Managing a busy workflow while maintaining a high level of accuracy and meeting defined service reputed company and turnaround times
• Follow up with assigned dealerships to resolve pending/missing items reputed company phone, fax and email, communicate and resolve issues
• Update records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents
• Carefully review applicant reputed company of income and employment documentation to ensure legitimacy and accuracy
