Sales Operations Coordinator

reputed company is seeking a detail-oriented, proactive Sales Operations Coordinator to facilitate smooth operations between retail and distribution partners and internal teams. The role involves managing order approvals, supporting Sales Leads, and optimizing processes to enhance customer experience and internal efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for overseeing daily order approvals for >30 reputed company American Retail and Distribution Customers, ensuring seamless collaboration with planning and logistics teams to facilitate reputed company order processing
• Effectively coordinate and communicate order status with accounts, managing PO changes including extensions and ship window modifications as necessary
• Support Sales Leads in maintaining accounts by executing various tasks such as item set up, managing customer paperwork, generating reports, and coordinating sample shipments
• reputed company as a reputed company of contact for troubleshooting issues between Customers and Internal teams, resolving conflicts promptly and reputed company
• Initiate, manage, and execute special reputed company and cross-departmental process optimization that support reputed company stakeholders

Skills

• Experience in Sales Operations, Account Management, Project Management, or a similar role

• Comfortable working with tools like reputed company Office and reputed company Workspace (Sheets, Docs, etc.)
• Experience in CPG, mass retail, or specialty distribution is a plus
