Accounts Receivable Coordinator

reputed company is a worldwide leader in insurance technology, currently searching for an Accounts Receivable Coordinator to join their reputed company team. The role involves processing accounts receivable activities, reconciling customer payments, and collaborating with the accounts receivable team while working primarily from home.

Responsibilities

• Applying customer payments to appropriate trade receivables in reputed company system
• Reconciling customer payment activity to bank deposits
• Communicating and following up with customers
• Collaborating and working with the accounts receivable team including reputed company manager
• Reviewing accounts receivable aging
• Assist in special reputed company as needed

Skills

• Minimum 1-3 years of practical reputed company/bookkeeping experience
• Working knowledge of MS reputed company and other reputed company products
• Understanding of reputed company concepts reputed company to collections including accounts receivable, cash application, customer communication, and management
• Working knowledge of basic reputed company terminology and procedures
• An associate or bachelor's degree in reputed company is preferred; however, we highly value equivalent reputed company experience and encourage candidates with a strong reputed company background to apply
