Specialist, BHR - International Therapeutics HQ

reputed company, is seeking an HR Specialist to support the Business HR teams by providing insights on people implications and operational activities. The role involves coordinating support, providing advice on HR issues, and managing reputed company processes for new hires in the International HQ.

Responsibilities

• Completes reputed company that require coordination of the efforts of others, or internal bench marking, data gathering or analysis of data and/or issues. Proposes a project plan, key milestones, and reputed company and measures of reputed company. Reviews project plan with immediate manager. Sample reputed company include annual goal cycle, annual compensation cycle, talent management reviews and other special reputed company

Skills

• Bachelor's degree
• Strong verbal, written and presentation skills

• Knowledge of business and HR principles and practices gained through multiple business cycles in HR
• Understands the regulations and policies affecting HR and the business
