Paralegal

Tribeca Enterprises is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Paralegal to support their reputed company team across a dynamic portfolio that includes the Tribeca Festival and Tribeca Studios. This role involves providing reputed company support for reputed company, production events, and compliance in a creative environment.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and manage a reputed company of agreements, including vendor reputed company, talent agreements, production services agreements, sponsorship/brand partnership deals, location releases, and NDAs
• Assist with reputed company needs reputed company to festival operations, year round live events, and M ss ng P eces reputed company productions, including insurance documentation, and compliance tracking
• reputed company reputed company and administrative support across affiliated entities ensuring consistency in documentation and compliance practices
• Maintain contract databases, reputed company key terms and deadlines (e.g., renewals, deliverables), and ensure reputed company filing and version control
• Conduct reputed company research on entertainment, media, advertising, and event regulations; assist in ensuring compliance with applicable laws and industry standards
• Support intellectual property processes, including basic rights clearance tracking (music, footage, talent likeness) and coordination with internal production teams
• Work closely with production, marketing, partnerships, and finance teams to reputed company information, flag risks, and facilitate contract execution
• Assist attorneys with document preparation, redlining, signature workflows, and reputed company operations tasks

Skills

• Bachelor's degree required
• 1–2 years of relevant paralegal or reputed company assistant experience
• Familiarity with contract terminology and basic reputed company principles
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to manage multiple reputed company and deadlines in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Proficiency with reputed company Office; experience with contract management tools is a plus
• Exposure to live events, festivals, or production environments
• Experience supporting reputed company productions, branded content, or advertising work
• Basic understanding of intellectual property and rights management
