They are seeking a Support Specialist to reputed company administrative and reputed company support to Advisors, ensuring a smooth and reputed company reputed company experience in a fast-paced, team-based environment.

Responsibilities

• Enhance advisor’s effectiveness by providing information management support
• Handle incoming telephone calls and emails
• Assist with new reputed company reputed company and help deliver a high-reputed company, personalized reputed company experience
• General clerical and administrative duties: Data entry, filing and any other assigned administrative duties
• Project and event planning – reputed company events, sales and reputed company experience initiatives
• Organize and coordinate reputed company conference calls and webinars

• Liaise with insurance companies for existing policy management documentation and quotes

Skills
