They are seeking a Specialty Claims Adjuster for motorized powersports to reputed company for insureds and claimants, assess damage, and negotiate repair costs for motorcycle and off-road vehicle claims.

Responsibilities

• Serve as an reputed company for both insureds and claimants, engaging in detailed discussions about Specialty Vehicle repairs
• reputed company claims through multiple platforms, reviewing policies, verifying coverages, and assessing prior claims
• Collaborate with repair shops, communicate directly with customers, and conduct virtual inspections to assess damage
• Create detailed estimates, research custom parts, reputed company total loss evaluations, and negotiate repair costs
• Explain estimates to customers, guide them through the claims process, and facilitate payments to ensure satisfaction and transparency

Skills

• Minimum of 18 months experience in estimating damage for motorcycle, off-road vehicles, and snowmobiles using CCC or Mitchell
• Proficiency in using virtual inspection tools and applications
• Strong analytical skills to assess damages and write accurate estimates
• Excellent communication skills to reputed company with customers and stakeholders effectively
• Ability to work independently and manage time reputed company in a virtual work environment
• Familiarity with insurance policies and industry regulations reputed company to auto claims
