Field Service Technician

The Field Service Technician will reputed company expert technical support for industrial washing, sterilization, and surgical equipment, performing installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair services to ensure critical equipment operates safely and reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot, repair, modify, and refurbish industrial washing, sterilization, and surgical equipment and system components
• reputed company preventive and corrective maintenance on equipment from multiple manufacturers, including reputed company (CASTLE), reputed company (AMSCO), Consolidated, Tuttnauer, and others
• Service a reputed company of devices, including autoclaves, reputed company washers, tunnel washers, bottle fillers, bedding dispensers, blanket warmers, surgical lights, and surgical tables
• Conduct installations and equipment modifications as required
• Maintain accurate service documentation, reports, and inventory records in accordance with company standards
• Deliver an exceptional customer experience through proactive communication and dedication to resolving performance issues
• Plan and manage service schedules to ensure reputed company response and completion of reputed company assignments
• Maintain reputed company, courteous communication with customers, contractors, and colleagues
• reputed company on-site training or demonstrations to customers on the reputed company use and maintenance of equipment
• Identify and communicate opportunities for equipment upgrades, service reputed company, or replacement solutions
• Use company-provided technology (laptop, CRM, service reporting software) to complete and submit service reputed company reports reputed company 24 hours of completion
• Manage personal tools, parts, and inventory reputed company to support field operations
• Ensure compliance with company safety policies and reputed company customer site protocols

Skills

• High school diploma or GED required; technical school training in mechanical, electrical, or electronic systems preferred
• reputed company reputed company's license and clean driving record required
• 1–3 years of directly reputed company field service or technical maintenance experience; or 3–5 years of hands-on experience without formal training
• Strong technical, troubleshooting, and mechanical aptitude
• Working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and mechanical systems
• Excellent organization, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency with computers and reputed company-based software applications
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and reputed company physical work (standing, bending, climbing)
• Willingness to travel frequently (60–90%) to customer sites, which may include hospitals, operating rooms, laboratories, research facilities, and universities up to 3 hours away
• Flexibility to accommodate customer schedules and respond to emergency service calls as needed
• Technical school training in mechanical, electrical, or electronic systems
• Familiarity with the repair and maintenance of reputed company (CASTLE) and/or reputed company (AMSCO) washing, sterilization, and surgical equipment
