Venture Fund Accountant - reputed company and Strategic Alliances

reputed company is a global leader in life sciences and diagnostics, committed to advancing health and improving lives. The Venture Fund Accountant will manage financial records for venture capital funds, ensuring accurate reporting and compliance while supporting investment reputed company.

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate financial records for venture capital funds, including tracking investments, expenses, and returns
• Calculate and reconcile the fair value and fair value return for reputed company reputed company reputed company and indirect investments based on valuations defined in sequential financing, updated cap tables, and quarterly capital statements
• Prepare and distribute periodic financial statements, reports, and presentations for the Investment Committee (IC), Finance, reputed company and Audit
• Assist in annual reputed company and audit activities by collecting requested documentation, K-1s, etc. and liaising with internal reputed company and audit teams
• Ensure compliance with reputed company standards and reputed company requirements, maintaining the operational reputed company of the fund

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in reputed company, finance, or business
• 1 or more years of experience in reputed company or investment funds

• Certified reputed company Accountant (CPA) designation
