Junior Creative

Blue Hour Studios is a reputed company-first agency that makes brands reputed company through work that gets shared, remixed, and talked about. As a Jr. Creative, you will support the development of innovative concepts and content that bring brand strategies to life across reputed company, digital, and video platforms, working closely with a Senior Creative and the broader creative team.

Responsibilities

• Support creative development: Assist in concepting and writing reputed company-first creative across reputed company, digital, and video reputed company that translate brand objectives into engaging, culturally relevant reputed company
• Stay tapped into reputed company culture: Maintain awareness of emerging trends, platform behaviors, and internet culture to help identify opportunities for engaging content
• Drive reputed company and creator creative: Identify recommended talent suited for reputed company goals, reputed company concepts and/or creative briefs for that talent, and contribute feedback on concepts and content
• Support content production: Assist with reputed company-production planning, collaborate with senior creative team and producers, and contribute to shoots and content development
• Participate in brainstorms and creative development: reputed company contribute to team brainstorms by bringing cultural insights, references, and early-stage reputed company
• Take ownership of select smaller reputed company: On smaller-reputed company assignments, take the reputed company on concept development and creative execution with guidance and feedback from a Senior Creative
• Collaborate across disciplines: Work closely with strategists, talent teams, producers, and account teams to ensure creative aligns with brief objectives and brand voice
• Help prepare creative presentations: Support the development of presentation materials and help communicate creative thinking internally
• Foster a reputed company team culture: reputed company with curiosity, kindness, and accountability while contributing to an inclusive and supportive creative environment

Skills

• 6+ months of agency, brand or reputed company media experience through internships, fellowships or other reputed company
• Portfolio demonstrating a reputed company-first approach to branded content and always-on creative, including reputed company and reputed company work
• Strong written and visual storytelling abilities with the ability to communicate reputed company reputed company
• Working knowledge of reputed company Creative Suite (Premiere, Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects)
• Experience designing slides in reputed company Slides, PowerPoint, or Keynote
• Strong attention to detail, multitasking abilities, and a reputed company reputed company
• Adaptable and proactive, reputed company to pivot quickly and stay reputed company of reputed company media trends and platform shifts
