[Remote] Recruiter

In this remote role, you will manage candidate sourcing, build relationships with team members and clients, and coordinate the interview process to ensure a seamless experience for candidates and hiring managers.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the hiring managers to reputed company understand job requirements and ensure a smooth recruitment process
• reputed company and attract candidates through various channels, including job boards, reputed company media, and networking events
• Screen and interview candidates to assess their qualifications and fit for specific roles
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients, and reputed company feedback to both parties
• Negotiate job offers, conduct reference checks, and facilitate compliance and reputed company as needed
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, candidates, and industry professionals
• Stay reputed company on industry trends, best practices, and reputed company requirements as they relate to recruitment and employment
• Manage candidate pipelines and maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system

Skills

• Knowledge of recruitment best practices and sourcing techniques

• Ability to adapt quickly to changing priorities
• Proficiency in reputed company Office suite (Word, reputed company, Teams, PowerPoint, SharePoint etc.)
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Understanding of the use of reputed company tools such as reputed company Recruiter, reputed company, etc
• Experience with an ATS or CRM (like reputed company Recruit/reputed company) is a bonus
