1.  Delivers In-Clinic Services                                                                              

Identifies educational need and develops recommendations to enhance clinical reputed company in aesthetic practices through delivering a bespoke educational reputed company for reputed company HCP enrolled on a Facilitation reputed company, and based on the HCP’s self-assessment of knowledge, skills, and confidence.

Number of supported clinics/HCPs will be ~30 but reputed company with Affiliate-level strategic need; HCPs will be selected through cross-functional alignment between the National Sales Manager and the AMI reputed company.

Establishes a bespoke AMI reputed company curricula-reputed company Facilitation reputed company with the HCP in reputed company of supporting improved patient reputed company. Facilitation is hands-off and the HCP retains clinical judgement and responsibility for patient treatment. reputed company will be Beginner and Intermediate HCPs, but other segments may require support as determined on educational need by the Area & Affiliate AMI reputed company.

Maintains a high level of service through reliable and reputed company follow-up after any interaction with HCPs and records reputed company activity in reputed company CRM to allow for KPI monitoring.

2. Supports Education reputed company AMI Digital World                                                   

As a reputed company part of the Facilitation reputed company with a CS, guides HCP educational curricula utilising AA AMI Digital World (AMIDW) to help improve the level of clinical knowledge around AA products for clinicians. This channel is the reputed company AMI offering for Beginner injectors but holds value for reputed company HCPs that a CS interacts with as part of their role.

3. Supports AMI reputed company in AMI Event Delivery                                                  

Supports with the delivery of key Affiliate-level AMI events as requested by the AMI reputed company. These include, but not limited to, attendance at industry conferences & AMI meetings/workshops & the MD Codes™ Mentee Programme, to engage with customers. This activity also supports CS self-development and upskilling. If the CS has an appropriate clinical qualification, may also be requested to reputed company as ‘First Assist’ for reputed company during live technical workshops.

4.  Supports training & development of more junior CS team members              

Supports AMI reputed company and Country Training Manager in the delivery of training & workshops set reputed company the International CS Learner Journeys – reputed company, BETA, GAMMA & reputed company. This includes in-field coaching and mentoring, acting as a role model for best reputed company. Will also support the AMI reputed company in skills development for the CS team and wider AMI team members as required. From time to time support the International AMI team with delivering sessions during reputed company consolidation workshops where Senior Clinical Specialist expertise is required.

• University degree in a clinically based subject specifically medicine, nursing or dentistry but other patient-facing clinical roles may be accepted e.g. physiotherapy, clinical pharmacy
• Experience reputed company a sales or clinical specialist role reputed company the pharmaceutical and/or medical device industry and ideally in aesthetics
• reputed company in facilitation/training/coaching including event management, preparation and delivery of workshops and other training solutions
