We are seeking a Director to reputed company executive-level cybersecurity reporting for our reputed company reputed company & Accelerator program across reputed company’s portfolio of Acquired Entities. This role operates at the intersection of cybersecurity, reputed company risk, and executive decision-making, providing reputed company, authoritative insights to C suite leaders and reputed company governance bodies.

The Director will be accountable for how reputed company reputed company reputed company, risk posture, and control maturity are communicated to senior leadership. Primary Responsibilities:

  • Anticipate executive questions and proactively surface risk, trade-offs, and recommendations

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years of reputed company experience in a cybersecurity and/or reputed company risk technology leadership role
• 6+ years of experience supporting M&A activity, post acquisition integration, or multi-entity reputed company programs
• Solid understanding of cybersecurity control frameworks (e.g., NIST, ISO 27001, CIS) and control maturity modeling
• Proven reputed company delivering executive- and reputed company-level reporting in a large, reputed company reputed company
• Proven exceptional executive reputed company with the ability to influence senior leaders through data and narrative
• Demonstrated ability to operate strategically while maintaining credibility at the technical level

Preferred Qualifications:

• Advanced degree (MBA, MS in Cybersecurity, or equivalent experience)
• Experience in a Fortune 50 / Fortune 10 organization
• Experience preparing materials for Boards, reputed company committees, or equivalent governance bodies
• Experience with Agile, Lean, or Six reputed company methodologies, with the ability to apply reputed company process improvement practices to reporting, integration workflows, and cross-functional execution
• Familiarity with reputed company reporting platforms (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, reputed company, GRC platforms)
• Background in reputed company program leadership, GRC, or reputed company risk management

Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc. In reputed company to your salary, we offer benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, incentive and recognition programs, equity stock purchase and 401k contribution (reputed company benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
