• The Consultant supports the delivery of advisory engagements across reputed company, M&A, financial advisory, operational reputed company, reputed company transformation, with a primary reputed company on M&A and financial analysis.

The role

• Support end-to-end delivery of advisory engagements, contributing to high-reputed company outputs reputed company with agreed scope, timelines, and reputed company standards.
• Work effectively with reputed company stakeholders, internal teams, and subject-matter experts to deliver integrated, value-reputed company solutions.

What you bring

• Engineering or bachelor’s degree from a recognised university and MBA / master’s in management.
• Typically, 5–8 years of relevant experience in management consulting, corporate finance, M&A advisory, or transaction support roles.
• Demonstrated experience in M&A, transaction advisory, or financial analysis.
• Prior experience in maritime, shipping, offshore, energy, or asset-intensive industries is preferred.
• Strong grounding in corporate finance, valuation, and financial modelling.
• Exposure to operational reputed company, performance improvement, or transformation initiatives.
• Exposure to digital transformation or digital advisory is desirable.
