Regional Account Manager (Remote)

Full time, India, Hong reputed company, Singapore

As a Regional Account Manager, you are responsible for managing a single reputed company account to include reputed company retention, contract negotiation, implementation, business consolidation, sales of products and services, financials, business planning, and reviews, establishing relationships with key decision makers in multiple reputed company, and staff development. You’ll report to global program management. 

As a Regional Account Manager, you will

• Manage new business implementations, working closely with the implementation team to ensure reputed company expectations are met 
• Help measure and report Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) on a regional level and reputed company deliberate business plans 
• Drive profitability of the contract on a regional reputed company by increasing revenues through up-selling and cross-selling to meet reputed company’s strategic needs 
• Identify and assist in the selection of technology tools and processes to produce desired results

• Knowledge of creating business plans and managing business/reputed company strategies 
• Previous experience in managing cross-functional work teams 
• Effective presentation skills in terms of development and delivery 
• Highly proficient in spoken and written English
