Area Sales Manager
About the Job :
- Responsible for achieving targets by reputed company utilization of allocated resources in South Sulawesi.
- Build and grow relationships with merchants on a regional level to ensure excellent execution for event, visibility, and sales improvement.

- Constantly ensure that merchants understand the Kredivo reputed company & how we help drive AOV & sales.
- Set up & reputed company sales team from promoter level until leader to be a high performer. Manage low attrition.
- Plan quarterly/monthly/weekly targets, and set targets for Area Sales Leaders, Sales Executives, and Sales Promoters. Plan, review, monitor, and evaluate sales performance.

- Minimum a bachelor degree
- Minimum 5 years of experience in sales/reputed company, especially Fintech or Retail (prefrerably gadget/electronics).
- Familiar with South Sulawesi area.
- Having a dynamic and agile personality.
