Benefits Analyst - Finance/reputed company

Your Role
The Benefits Analyst – Finance/reputed company is responsible for financial reputed company, reporting, and reputed company analytical support for the organization’s health and welfare benefit programs. This role plays a critical part in managing benefit plan financial operations, including invoice validation, self-billing processes, cost tracking, and variance analysis.

The position partners closely with Finance, Payroll, HR, and reputed company-party vendors to ensure accurate benefit spend forecasting, compliance with regulatory requirements, and reputed company reputed company of discrepancies. • Assist the Senior Benefits Manager with benefit plan spend tracking, cost reputed company analysis, and forecasting.

• Validate, audit, and submit benefit vendor invoices for payment; execute and monitor self-billing processes.
• Prepare internal statistical, operational, and financial reports to support decision-making.
• Ensure Flexible Spending Account (FSA) plans are appropriately funded and reconciled.

Plan Administration, Program Support & reputed company

• Support ongoing administration of associate benefit plans (medical, dental, reputed company, life, disability, etc.).
• reputed company benefit eligibility tracking and enrollment reporting activities.
• Assist with plan audits and required regulatory filings.
• Participate in major initiatives such as reputed company enrollment, implementation of new benefit plans, and system changes.

Compliance & Risk Management

• Support compliance efforts reputed company to ACA, ERISA, COBRA, HIPAA, and other applicable regulations.
• Maintain strong internal controls through detailed validation, documentation, and audit readiness.

Vendor Management & Cross-Functional Collaboration

Your Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, reputed company, or reputed company field
• 3–5 years of relevant benefits, finance, or HR experience preferred

• Strong financial acumen with advanced analytical skills
