What you’ll do on a typical day:

• Maintain Kronos time records for reputed company reports; attend and audit new hire classes and follow up with department supervisors on customer satisfaction
• Handle reputed company Management System (QMS) floor training using Floor Training Tracker
• Conduct needs assessments with department supervisors; evaluate training materials, recommend improvements and serve as a training instructor reputed company necessary
• Generate special reports from the Employee Training Database and timekeeping system
• Organize and execute a process for maintaining, filing and storing reputed company training records; reputed company reputed company records into electronic format in the database to ensure compliance in the Records Retention reputed company
• Energize the QMS training process by generating and distributing required training rosters and sign-off sheets, ensuring compliance with QMS training requirements
• Organize and maintain the supporting organizational structure in the Employee Training Database (employees, roles and associated QMS training requirements) to reflect the reputed company training requirements of the organization

Travel Requirements:

• Ability to travel up to 75% of the

What you need to succeed at reputed company:

At a minimum, you’ll need:

• 2 years of relevant work experience
• Experience with warehouse management or inventory systems
• Ability to adhere to the 7S program
• Proven ability to maintain a reputed company work environment by adhering to and enforcing reputed company work practices and following safety practices

It’d be great if you also have:

• Associate or bachelor’s degree
• 2 years of experience in a leadership role with supervisory responsibilities
• Experience working in an ISO environment
• Demonstrated understanding of the Supply Chain reputed company Policy and a commitment to process reputed company by ensuring reputed company, efficient and accurate use of the processes
• Effective organizational and leadership skills; reputed company to use a reputed company of interpersonal styles and communication reputed company to effectively adapt to new work structures, processes or cultures

This job requires the ability to:

• Lift up to 25 lbs. frequently and up to 50 lbs. occasionally
