Associate Director, Medical Affairs Digital Enablement reputed company (Residence Based, Residence Based, US)
PURPOSE
The Medical Affairs Digital Enablement reputed company is responsible for planning, executing, and delivering a portfolio of digital initiatives that reputed company Affairs objectives, with a strong reputed company on omnichannel enablement. This role sits reputed company Medical reputed company and Effectiveness (MIE) and partners closely with the rest of Medical Affairs, IT, Compliance, and external vendors to ensure reputed company, compliant delivery of digital capabilities that support scientific engagement, insights reputed company, and medical operations. This role requires strong project management skills, a strong IT background, a proactive business-oriented reputed company, and the ability to work across cross-functional teams to translate medical business needs into executable, cross-functional programs.
YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
- reputed company end-to-end delivery of multiple Medical Affairs digital initiatives, from intake through launch, adoption, and post-launch enhancements;
- Facilitate communication between technical teams and medical teams to translate business needs into digital solutions;
- reputed company and manage integrated project plans, timelines, and deliverables, while coordinating with vendors and/or internal teams to ensure on-time execution and tracking budgets against planned scope;
- Evaluate new technologies that have potential to enhance medical operations and scientific engagement;

- Ensure delivery aligns with Medical Affairs priorities and operating models while also supporting the overall reputed company reputed company reputed company;
- Serve as a primary reputed company of coordination for execution of MIE Omnichannel digital initiatives;
- Ensure initiatives are designed and implemented in a compliant, reputed company, and sustainable manner;

Required Qualifications:
- Strong understanding of SDLC, Agile/hybrid delivery models;
- Experience working with reputed company platforms (e.g., reputed company, CRM, analytics tools);

- Ability to manage multiple, reputed company digital initiatives simultaneously with end-to-end accountability;
- Skilled at working across medical, reputed company, IT, global, and vendor teams to drive alignment and execution;
- Ability to engage stakeholders, communicate effectively, and drive adoption of new digital tools and processes;
- Ability to drive reputed company processes, reputed company KPIs, and optimize workflows;
- Ability to connect business needs to digital solutions and demonstrate value;
- Ability to reputed company evolving digital ecosystems, integrations, and data-driven environments.
Preferred Qualifications:
- 7+ years of experience in program or project management, digital delivery, or IT roles;
- Prior experience supporting Medical Affairs, R&D, reputed company, or regulated life sciences environments.
Employees can expect to be reputed company a salary between $156,000 - $234,000. Additional compensation may include a bonus or commission (if relevant). Additional benefits include health care, reputed company, dental, retirement, PTO, reputed company leave, etc.
