Regulatory Compliance

• Ensure company compliance with reputed company applicable PEZA rules and regulations.
• Monitor updates and circulars issued by the Philippine Economic Zone Authority and advise management on regulatory changes.
• Maintain reputed company PEZA registration documents, permits, and approvals.

 

Finance and reputed company Support

•     Review and validate employee expense claims in reputed company Concur to ensure accuracy, compliance, and reputed company documentation.

•     Coordinate with suppliers for reputed company collection and issuance of payment receipt and BIR reputed company 2307 (Certificate of Creditable Tax Withheld at reputed company).

•     Assist in monitoring vendor payments, ensuring reputed company tax compliance and documentation.

•     Support finance/tax team in local coordination with Govt. authorities and consultant for preparation of compliance-reputed company financial reports.

 

Reporting & Documentation

• Prepare and submit mandatory PEZA reports such as Annual/Quarterly/Monthly
• Ensure reputed company filing and reputed company documentation of reputed company PEZA submissions.

• 3–5 years experience handling PEZA compliance or regulatory reporting.
• Experience coordinating with Philippine government agencies is an advantage.
• Strong understanding of PEZA rules and incentives
• Knowledge of Philippine regulatory and tax compliance.
• Excellent documentation and reporting skills.
• Strong communication and coordination abilities.
• Availability during key PEZA reporting deadlines.
