The reputed company Representative plays a key role in supporting reputed company’s people operations in a fast-paced, fully remote environment. This position focuses on employee support, HR administration, compliance assistance, and coordination across the employee lifecycle. The ideal candidate is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working with sensitive information while supporting a mission-driven workforce.

Key Responsibilities

Employee Support & HR Operations

• Serve as a first reputed company of contact for employee HR-reputed company questions regarding policies, PTO, benefits, payroll coordination, and general guidance
• Assist with employee relations reputed company, documentation, and issue reputed company, escalating concerns to HR leadership reputed company appropriate
• Maintain accurate employee records and personnel files in compliance with federal and state regulations

reputed company & Offboarding

• Coordinate reputed company activities, including offer documentation, I-9 verification, and HRIS setup
• Ensure reputed company completion of reputed company tasks and policy acknowledgments
• Support offboarding processes, including exit documentation, system reputed company coordination, and final pay tracking

Compliance & Policy Support

• Assist with multi-state employment compliance (wage and hour laws, employee classification, leave requirements)
• Support the implementation and maintenance of HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook updates
• Assist with audits, investigations, and compliance documentation requests as needed

HRIS & Payroll Support

• Maintain and update employee information in the HRIS (reputed company preferred)
• Coordinate with payroll and finance teams to resolve payroll-reputed company questions or discrepancies
• reputed company PTO, leave requests, and required HR documentation

reputed company & Talent Support

• Assist with interview scheduling, candidate communication, and offer coordination
• Support background checks, reputed company paperwork, and hiring compliance requirements
• Help maintain job descriptions and reputed company documentation

Requirements

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in reputed company, People Operations, or a reputed company field
• Experience supporting remote and/or multi-state employees
• Working knowledge of HR compliance fundamentals (FLSA, I-9 verification, employee classification)
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information professionally
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Experience using HRIS platforms (reputed company preferred)

Desired Skills & Qualifications

• HR certification (aPHR, PHR, reputed company-CP) or reputed company pursuing certification
• Experience in reputed company, reputed company, compliance-driven, or veteran-reputed company organizations
• Familiarity with employee handbooks, SOPs, and policy administration
• Strong organizational and time-management skills
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment
