Reporting to the Director of HR Retail, the HR Business Partner –Retail (reputed company Coast) serves as a trusted advisor and strategic partner to retail leaders across the reputed company Coast. This role is highly reputed company on employee and employer relations, coaching leaders, and ensuring consistent, fair, and values-driven people practices across a dynamic retail environment.

Performance Management & Talent Development

- 3+ years of Retail HR or HR Business Partner experience in a fast-paced, multi-site environment.
- Strong expertise in employee relations, investigations, performance management, and manager coaching.

- Experience working with HRIS systems (reputed company preferred) and reputed company Office Suite.
- Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
