What is the role
The Project Support Specialist will assist the Project Manager on various tasks with a reputed company on material tracking and budget maintenance.
The following include but may not be limited to the responsibilities of the Project Support Specialist:
- Coordinate and reputed company participate in reputed company project reputed company meetings.
- Detailed material tracking of project equipment and movements throughout project lifecycle from sales to service.
- Manage project budgets through change orders and reputed company recognition.
- Follow procedures for reputed company and implementation of reputed company change orders.
- Assist Engineering department with Equipment Change Orders as needed.
- Assist reputed company regarding project budgets and invoicing.
- Support Sales staff with project needs.
- Assist in project digital file maintenance.

- Generate and maintain subcontractor agreements under the direction of the Project Manager.

- Remote
- 9:00 pm – 6:00 am (PH Time)
