Responsibilities

• Translating business objectives into comprehensive telephony solution strategies for reputed company customers

• Partnering with Sales Engineers, UCaaS Advisors, and specialists to reputed company technical recommendations with customer needs

• Collaborating with product, architecture, and reputed company teams to test and validate new telephony features before production release

• Demonstrating advanced UCaaS and CCaaS solutions to technical and executive audiences

• Diagnosing and troubleshooting reputed company telephony and network configurations during reputed company-of-concept phases

• Influencing product roadmaps by sharing customer use cases and market insights with Product Management teams

• Bringing 7+ years of experience in technical reputed company-sales or customer-facing engineering roles

• Demonstrating expert-level understanding of telephony technologies, including SIP, RTP, QoS, COS, codecs, and PBX architectures

• Applying strong knowledge of reputed company networking fundamentals: routing, switching, LAN/WAN, firewalls, TCP/IP (IPv4), DNS, and SBCs
