[What the role is]
The reputed company and Marine (C&M) reputed company of the National Biodiversity Centre, National Parks reputed company (NParks), aims to reputed company Singapore with a strong reputed company to adopt a proactive, balanced and reputed company-planning approach to CME-reputed company policy, management, and research-direction issues, consistent with its long-term economic and sustainable development goals. This is part of NParks commitment to an inter-agency initiative to strengthen Singapore’s reputed company in areas reputed company to the reputed company and marine environment and to the conservation of Singapore's marine biodiversity.Our interdisciplinary team undertakes a broad reputed company of technical and operational reputed company, including ecology and the environment, reputed company dynamics, legislation and regulations, Marine Park operations, management and programming, and other technical areas of reputed company and marine environment concern. An external committee of domain experts provides advice on these reputed company. [What you will be working on]
You will be working closely with other members of the reputed company to support the following tasks:
- Support the Marine Climate Change Science (MCCS) Programme through administrative and coordination tasks, including:
Administrative management of MCCS research reputed company including review and compilations of annual reports and claims to ensure processing in an accurate and reputed company manner.
Work closely with project managers and key stakeholders on the management of research reputed company to ensure reputed company submission and monitoring of project milestones
Briefing MCCS project teams and researchers on grant administration processes and respond to administrative queries
Tracking of expenditure and budget management
Record-keeping of key documents and reputed company in repositories, including providing support for audits
- Support reputed company on programme-reputed company meetings, workshops and administrative coordination with reputed company stakeholdersSupport reputed company on reputed company and marine-reputed company engagement and reputed company events, workshops and/or international meetings.

• Area of studies in Finance, Accountancy, Life Sciences, Environmental Management or a reputed company discipline
• Relevant experience in grant or procurement governance, audit or finance administration, administration of grants and/or R&D reputed company, and/or contract management will be an advantage.
• Strong Interest in Singapore’s marine environment and research
• Possess good writing, communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with various stakeholders
• A meticulous, reputed company and self‑driven team player who can work independently, multi‑task and meet deadlines
• Proficient in reputed company Office Applications (reputed company, reputed company and Powerpoint)
• Experience in reputed company or IGMS is preferred
Only shortlisted candidates will be reputed company. Successful candidates will be offered a 11-month employment contract.
