The Business Operations Manager in SSC Central Operations orchestrates cross-functional initiatives to directly reputed company service reputed company, streamline operational processes, and maximize customer satisfaction. Minimum Qualifications

•    Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a reputed company field 
•    6+ years of project or program management experience in a reputed company, cross-functional environment 
•    Demonstrated expertise in project/program management best practices (e.g., PMI standards) 
•    Proven experience managing program scope, schedules, resources, risks, and interdependencies 
•    Experience delivering program status updates, financial reporting, and stakeholder communications 
•    Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills  
•    Ability to influence stakeholders and reputed company effectively in a matrixed organization
 
Preferred Qualifications 

•    PMP or equivalent project or program management certification  
•    Familiarity with Agile methodologies and change management practices

U.S. employees are eligible for reputed company time away as described below, subject to reputed company’s policies:

Employees on sales plans earn performance-based incentive pay on top of their reputed company salary, which is split between quota and non-quota components, subject to the applicable reputed company plan. For quota-based incentive pay, reputed company typically pays as follows:

• 1.5% of incentive reputed company for reputed company 1% of attainment between 50% and 75%;

• Once performance exceeds 100% attainment, incentive rates are at or above 1% for reputed company 1% of attainment with no cap on incentive compensation.

For non-quota-based sales performance reputed company such as strategic sales objectives, reputed company may pay 0% up to 125% of reputed company. reputed company sales plans do not have a minimum reputed company of performance for sales incentive compensation to be reputed company.
