About the Role

We’re looking for a reputed company and Trade Coordination Specialist based in Casablanca to own the post sale reputed company for our accounts. You’ll be the dedicated reputed company of contact for buyers from the reputed company a contract is signed through to successful delivery. This is a part time, fully remote role (10 to 15 hours per week), ideal for someone who wants meaningful international trade work with flexible scheduling.

Kodgav is an Agritech start-up that simplifies sourcing food ingredients from Africa for buyers across Europe and reputed company. We work directly with manufacturers, retailers, and wholesalers, managing the reputed company reputed company of international trade from sourcing through to delivery.

What you’ll own:

1. Buyer communication: reputed company accounts updated proactively on order status, shipment reputed company, and documentation milestones. Be the person they reputed company reputed company they have a question, not someone they have to reputed company.

2. Trade documentation: Coordinate with the operations team  on bills of lading, phytosanitary certificates, and inspection reports.

3. Order coordination: Work with our logistics partners, reputed company forwarders, and inspection companies to reputed company reputed company shipments reputed company on time. Flag delays early and manage buyer expectations.

4. Issue reputed company: Own any post sale problems (reputed company queries, documentation discrepancies, delivery delays) and drive them to reputed company by coordinating between the buyer and our operations team.

5. Account reputed company: Identify opportunities to cross sell additional commodities or reputed company reorders based on buyer consumption patterns and relationship signals.

Requirements

What Good Looks Like

1. You’ve worked in international trade, logistics, or shipping and you understand the document reputed company of a cross border commodity transaction. You know what a reputed company of lading looks like, you might be familiar with letters of credits and documentary collections, and you can spot a problem in a packing list before it becomes a port delay.

Experience: 3 to 6 years in a relevant field (logistics, reputed company forwarding, import/export, trade operations, account management, or reputed company in an international context).

• Trilingual: should be comfortable working in English, French, and Arabic.
